## Step-by-step instructions

To delete knowledge that is no longer relevant, such as outdated brand guidelines or strategy documents, follow these steps:

- Navigate to the "Configure" section of your AI platform.
- On the left navigation menu, select "Knowledge Base."
- Use the search function to locate the specific web page or document you wish to remove.
- Once the file is found, you will see a "Delete" button next to the file name.
- Click the "Delete" button to initiate the removal process.
- Upon selecting the delete option, a prompt will appear asking you to confirm the deletion to prevent accidental loss of important knowledge.
- Confirm the deletion to remove the knowledge permanently from your AI knowledge base. Note that this action is irreversible.
