WHAT THIS TASK DELIVERS

CI and legal checker for creative work.

How it is triggered: On demand via Teams. Input your creative asset, copy, or campaign material. Specify market, platform, client, and any known legal or brand sensitivities.

WHAT IT PRODUCES

Compliance report with severity-rated flags and specific recommended fixes.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q  What do the severity ratings mean?

A  'Must Fix' = legal or significant brand risk, resolve before publication. 'Recommended Fix' = risk that should be addressed where possible. 'Note for Awareness' = low risk, worth flagging.

---

Q  Does this replace the legal team?

A  No. It is a first-pass compliance screening tool. For high-risk campaigns, new territories, or significant financial or reputational exposure, always involve your legal team.

---

Q  Work was cleared but later flagged as non-compliant.

A  Laws and platform policies change. Report any case to @spud as feedback immediately so the configuration can be updated. Always say “@spud I want to give you feedback”
