Category: Float-connected

On demand |
WHAT THIS TASK DELIVERS

Reads and writes to Float. Creates and edits projects, phases, milestones, and allocations. Generates utilisation reports. Manages time off.

How it is triggered: On demand via Teams. Every prompt must reference Float explicitly.

WHAT IT PRODUCES

Confirmation with a Float link, schedule view, project or allocation confirmation, report, or time-off summary depending on the task.

BEFORE YOU USE THIS AGENT

Every prompt must start with or explicitly reference 'In Float'. Without this, the Agent will not trigger the Float integration.

---

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q  Why must every prompt reference Float?

A  Float Manager connects directly to Float. Without an explicit Float reference, the Agent will not trigger the integration.

---

Q  Can it create and edit as well as view?

A  Yes. It has full read and write access. It can create projects, add phases, set milestones, book allocations, and modify existing entries.

---

Q  What happens if I ask it to delete something?

A  It will execute deletion when you explicitly confirm in your prompt e.g. 'In Float, delete milestone X from project Y I confirm you should remove it.' Always include explicit confirmation for deletions.
