# How to Cancel Your AI account

This guide walks you through the steps to cancelling your account.

## When should I use this?

We’re sorry to see you go, but we understand that business needs can change. If you need to close your AI account, you can do so by following these steps. Please ensure you have considered all aspects before proceeding, as account closure will terminate your subscription and access to your AI services.

## Step-by-step instructions

### Steps to Close Your Account

1. Access Configure
  - Navigate to Configure of your dashboard and select Billing.
1. Cancel Plan
  - Within the billing section, select Cancel Plan.
1. Enter Cancellation Reason
  - You will be prompted to enter the reason for cancelling your subscription. Fill in the required field with your reason for account closure.
1. Send Cancellation Request
  - After entering your reason, click Send to finalise the cancellation request.
1. Email Confirmation
  - Once the cancellation is processed, you will receive an email confirming that your account has been closed.

Closing your account will terminate your subscription and access to all AI services. Make sure to download any important data or reports before completing this process.
