# Microsoft teams: How to install/connect Microsoft teams if you are already approved to upload custom apps

1. Go to Microsoft teams.
1. Click Apps:

1. Click Manage your apps:

1. Click Upload an app:

1. Click Upload a customised app or if you are an organisation you can select Upload an app to your organisation’s app catalogue:

1. Download this file: https://static.maybetech.com/Apps/MS_teams_Maybe_app.zip 

1. Upload the file you downloaded.

1. Click Add:

1. Select the channel you want to use the app in and click ‘Go’:

1. Then go to the Configure and connect ‘Microsoft Teams’:

1. Finally, go back to Microsoft teams and start talking to your Agents.
