Within the chat interface, several icons appear below each interaction to enhance your experience and streamline workflows.

## Step-by-step instructions


### Sav & Automate Icon

- Purpose: Saves a one-off task to your task list so it can be reused, and gives you the option to automate it.
- When to use: When you know you’ll need the same task regularly (for example, weekly updates or recurring admin). This is also useful if you want the task to run:
  - on a schedule (set day/time and frequency), or
  - via a website trigger using a webhook.

### Copy Icon

- Purpose: Copies the content of the current chat response to your clipboard.
- When to use: Use this option when you want to transfer information to another document, email, social planner, or note for easy sharing or reference.

- When to use: Use this if the initial response isn’t satisfactory or if you want a different perspective or alternative solution.
